By accessing or using Filezor (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Filezor provides a free, browser-based file conversion service. You can upload files in supported formats and download converted versions. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of availability.
You agree to use Filezor only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant Filezor a temporary, limited licence to process that file solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion. This licence ends when the file is deleted (within 1 hour of conversion).
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and convert any file you submit to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Filezor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since the Service is free, this means our liability is £0 / €0 / $0.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Filezor is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
